Day 01: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Upon Arrival meet and greet with our representative and transfer to Kibale Forest National Park. Lunch will be served in Fort Portal Town. Optional visit YAWE Foundation community Project. Proceed to the Park for dinner and over night at the Lodge /Camp. FB.
Day 02: Chimp Tracking in Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast, you will proceed to Kibale Forest National Park, for chimpanzee tracking in the forest with a highest concentration of primates in Uganda. Afternoon, visit the Bigodi wetland sanctuary to interact with the community. Dinner & Overnight at the Lodge/Camp . FB.
Day 03: Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, you will proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park, with a lot of sightseeing en-route, like the equator. Afternoon at 2pm, take a launch trip on Kazinga channel that connects Lake Edward to Lake George, during this a launch trip , will see a pool of hippos, herds of elephants, and lots of wildlife, and birds. Dinner & Overnight at the Lodge/Camp. FB.
Day 04: Morning Game Drive – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After an early light breakfast, we depart for a sunrise game drive on the northerly parts of the park along the Kasenyi track. We will drive around the crater Lakes in search of Leopards, Lions, Hyenas, Uganda Kobs and other wildlife. Later, return to the lodge for breakfast and depart to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park with an enroute game viewing of the tree climbing lions arriving in the evening for dinner & overnight at the Lodge/Camp. FB.
Day 05: Gorilla Tracking
Have an early breakfast in preparation for one of the most unique wildlife experiences in the world, gorilla tracking. You will meet your guides at the ranger station at 8.00am who will then lead you deep into the forest to track the gorillas. It can take anything from two to eight hours to locate the gorillas and therefore requires a reasonable degree of fitness as well as a sturdy pair of shoes. Once you find them in this mysterious wild, you will sit listening to them grumble at each other and cannot help but marvel at the sheer size of the dominant male, the silver back. You once again stay overnight at Lodge/Camp. FB.
Day 06: Transit to Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast drive back to Lake Mburo National Park. Visit the Igongo Cultural Centre and Museum before proceeding to the Park. After relaxation, we will do a game viewing nature walk in the park. Dinner & Overnight at the Lodge/Camp. FB.
Day 7: Transfer to Entebbe – Departure
After breakfast, do a morning game drive and depart to Entebbe International Airport with chances of shopping en-route.
